Research status of chronic hepatitis B based on bibliometrics analysis
Objective To analyze the development trend and hot spots of global chronic hepatitis B research based on bibliometrics.Methods Bibliometrics method was used,and PubMed database was taken as the literature source.The literature about chronic hepatitis B was searched,with the retrieval duration from August 2003 to August 2023,and a visualization analysis of the research contents and hot spots in this field was made through citexs data analysis platform.Results A total of 64 417 pieces of literature were retrieved,and the number of literatures published in this field showed an overall upward trend.The most literatures were published in China.The most literatures were published in World J Gastroenterol.Fudan University was a high-yield research institution,and Man-Fung Yuen was a high-yield author.The research hotspots on chronic hepatitis B mainly focused on hepatitis B virus,liver cancer and chemotherapy-induced liver damage,and the most related gene was alanine aminotransferase.Conclusion The research in this field is generally developing,which may provide new ideas for the follow-up study of this disease.
