Research progress on serum fetuin in glucose and lipid metabolism
At present,with the increase in unhealthy lifestyles(such as excessive nutrition,unbalanced diet,reduced exercise,etc.),the incidence rate of metabolic diseases(such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease)is increasing year by year,which has seriously threatened human health,attracted more and more attention,and become a key global health problem.Nowadays,multiple studies have shown a correlation between fetuin and this type of disease.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of fetuin-A and fetuin-B in glucose and lipid metabolism,compares the differences between the two,and explores the limitations of current related research,aiming to assist with future research on the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases with the fetuin.
