Research on the medication rule of prescription containing Scutellariae Radix in the treatment of tumor-related depression based on data mining
Objective To investigate the medication rule and compatibility method of prescription containing Scutellariae Radix in the treatment of tumor-related depression based on data mining.Methods The literatures on clinical treatment of tumor-related depression were searched in CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP databases,with the retrieval time duration from the database establishment to December 2022,and the prescription database was established.Frequency analysis,correlation analysis and complex network analysis were used to analyze the medication rule of prescription containing Scutellariae Radix in the treatment of tumor-related depression.Results A total of 45 prescriptions were screened out,including 86 Chinese materia medica and 13 high-frequency Chinese materia medica(Radix Bupleuri,Pinellia Ternata,Ginseng,Dragons Bone,Oyster Shell,Poria Cocos,Radix Curcumae,Silktree Albizia Bark,Danshen Root,Acorus Tatarinowii,Yuanzhi,Spine Date Seed and Chinese Rhubarb).In the aspect of compatibility rule,the compatibility of qi-regulating drugs was the main focus,supplemented by tranquilizing,tonifying,resolving phlegm and clearing heat.The main treatment syndrome was located in the liver,with pathogenic excess as the main factor,and heat syndrome as the majority,and the commonest syndrome type was liver depression and heat transformation.There were 31 symptoms involved,including 15 high-frequency symptoms(depression,loss of appetite,hypochondriac pain,depressed mood,bitter mouth,dry throat,irritability,chest tightness,insomnia and dreaminess,restless mood,fatigue,constipation,upset,irritability,and epigastric distension).Association rules showed that the commonly used drug compatible with Scutellariae Radix were Radix Bupleuri → Pinellia Ternata,Radix Bupleuri → Ginseng,Oyster Shell → Dragons Bone,Radix Bupleuri → Dragons Bone and Radix Bupleuri → Oyster Shell.Complex network analysis showed that the commonly used drug combinations were mainly Chinese thorowax root combined with Os Draconis and oyster shell decoction,which might be the core prescription in the treatment of tumor-related depression.Conclusion The prescription containing Scutellariae Radix in the treatment of tumor-related depression is mainly based on compatibility of qi-regulating drugs,supplemented by tranquilizing,tonifying,resolving phlegm and clearing heat,which can effectively alleviate symptoms such as depression,loss of appetite,hypochondriac pain and depression,and provide a new idea for clinical treatment of tumor-related depression.
