Treatment of cervicogenic headache from tendons based on "meridian-tendon theory"
Cervical headache is one of the most common types of headache in clinic, and the occurrence of its pain is closely related to the disorder of cervical facet joints and soft tissue lesions.Clinically, there are various treatments for this disease. The disease has the characteristics of easy recurrence and long course, which greatly reduces the quality of life and work of patients. As an important part of meridian theory, the meridian-tendon theory has great application value in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Based on the meridian-tendon theory, this paper expounds the application of meridian-tendon theory in cervicogenic headache, and discusses the treatment of cervicogenic headache from the perspective of the whole meridian-tendon and the local foci of clustered nodules. It is concluded that the essence of the disease is the failure of meridian-tendon function, and the treatment is based on the whole"tendon regulation"combined with local"stagnation elimination",with examples of cases to explain,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of cervicogenic headache.
