Objective Wenyang Huatan Patch regulates Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)Impact research.Methods A total of 100 patients with pediatric asthma in remission were selected from the Department of Pediatrics Outpatient of Beijing Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2020 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into a control group of 51 cases and a treatment group of 49 cases.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received a combination of Western medicine treatment and Wenyang Huatan Patch.Results The regulatory factors TLR4,NF-κB and the lung function was significantly improved in FEF25,FEF50,and FEF75 in the treatment group were significantly improved compared to the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenyang Huatan acupoint patch combined with Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma can regulate the immune regulatory factors of the body,directly or indirectly regulate cellular and humoral immune functions,improve the body's resistance,and facilitate rapid recovery from the disease.
