Diagnostic value of D-dimer and platelet in liver cirrhosis
Objective To investigate the value of D-dimer and platelet in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were collected as liver cirrhosis group, and the liver cirrhosis group was divided into two groups, namely, the compensatory stage of liver cirrhosis group and the decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis group, the positive hepatitis B surface antigen group and the negative hepatitis B surface antigen group. At the same time,A total of 60 healthy people in the hospital were selected as the control group, and D-dimer and platelets were detected and analyzed. Results The level of D-dimer in liver cirrhosis group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of platelet in liver cirrhosis group was smaller than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of D-dimer in the hepatitis B surface antigen positive group was smaller than that in the hepatitis B surface antigen negative group, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The level of platelets in hepatitis B surface antigen positive group were larger than those in hepatitis B surface antigen negative group, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The level of D-dimer in decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis group was higher than that in compensatory stage of liver cirrhosis group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of platelets in decompensated stage group were smaller than those in compensated stage group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion D-dimer and platelets are of great significance for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
