Research progress on impacting factors of post-operative pneumonia in patients with hip fracture
Post-operative pneumonia is a common complication in patients with hip fractures, and its mortality rate is high, which not only increases the time for patients to recover in hospital, but also seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the prevention and treatment of perioperative pneumonia in patients with hip fracture in clinical practice. Before prevention and treatment,it is the key to reduce the economic burden of patients and improve medical efficiency to clarify the impacting factors of post-operative pneumonia in patients with hip fracture. In this paper, the factors of post-operative pneumonia are summarized as demographic factors,pre-injury complications, blood indicators and clinical intervention factors, and the independence or risk of each factor is determined, and its function mechanism and current limitations are reviewed.
