Rationality evaluation of PEG-rhG-CSF based on weighted TOPSIS method
Objective To establish the evaluation criteria for the rational application of pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor(PEG-rhG-CSF),and evaluate PEG-rhG-CSF by weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),so as to provide reference for the rational application in clinic. Methods The discharged medical records of Fuzhou Second Hospital from October 2019 to April 2022 were retrieved.Based on PEG-rhG-CSF instructions, the evaluation criteria were formulated with reference to relevant guidelines, expert consensus and literature, and the rationality was evaluated by weighted TOPSIS method. Results Of the 426 medical records using PEG-rhG-CSF,250 cases(accounting for 58.69%)had the relative closeness(C)of ideal solution greater than 80%,124 cases(accounting for 29.11%)were between 60%and 80%,and 52 cases(accounting for 12.21%)were less than 60%.The main problems of irrational application were inappropriate indication, inappropriate timing and inappropriate combination of drugs. Conclusion Based on the rationality evaluation of TOPSIS method, comprehensive consideration of multiple indices can reflect the application of each link in the process of medication, and the evaluation process is simple, flexible and strongly operational. The evaluation results show that the clinical application process of PEG-rhG-CSF in Fuzhou Second Hospital is basically reasonable, but the management needs to be strengthened to ensure the rational application of this kind of drugs in clinic.
