Status quo and latent profile analysis on technical anxiety of inpatients in a tertiary first-class hospital of traditional Chinese medicine
Objective To understand the technical anxiety level of inpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to investigate its latent category characteristics.Methods Using convenient sampling method,a total of 500 inpatients admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the investigation objects.The general information questionnaire and technical anxiety scale were used to investigate,the status quo of technical anxiety was analyzed by SPSS 21.0,and the latent profile was analyzed by Mplus 8.3 software.Results The total score of technical anxiety of inpatients was(31.26±14.79)points,which was in the middle level.The total score of technical anxiety of patients over 60 years old was(35.13±14.99)points,which was in the upper-middle level.Technical anxiety was mainly manifested as technical tension.According to Mplus,technical anxiety was divided into 3 latent profile types,with mild technical anxiety type accounting for 49.3%,severe technical anxiety type accounting for 26.7%,and moderate technical anxiety type accounting for 24.0%.Conclusion Special attention should be paid to the technical anxiety of inpatients over 60 years old,and medical staff can adopt individualized intervention measures according to 3 different categories of characteristics to alleviate the technical anxiety of inpatients.
