摘要

肌少症与骨质疏松症被认为是老年综合征中的一类共病簇,直接导致老年衰弱、跌倒、失能、心血管恶性事件甚至病死.越来越多证据表明,肌少症与骨质疏松症间的关联紧密,共同促发且关联机制复杂.其中包括多分子机制参与,如核因子κB受体活化因子/核因子κB受体活化因子配体/骨保护素途径、精氨酸/精氨酸酶-1途径等.它们相互串扰、加速进展,并最终导致恶性循环.鉴于目前仍未有切实有效的肌少症治疗策略,本文对这两类疾病内在关联的分子机制的研究进展进行综述,以期为找到有效干预方法提供新途径.

Abstract

Sarcopenia and osteoporosis are considered as a kind of comorbidity cluster in senile syndrome,which directly leads to weakness,fall,disability,cardiovascular malignant events and even death in the elderly.More and more evidence supports that they are closely related and jointly promoted,and the correlation mechanism is very complicated.It includes the participation of many molecular mechanisms,such as receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand/osteoprotegerin,arginine/arginase-1 pathway and so on.They collude with each other,accelerate progress,and eventually lead to a vicious cycle.Given the fact that there is still no effective treatment strategy for sarcopenia,the research progress on the molecular mechanism of the internal relationship between these two diseases is reviewed in this paper so as to provide a new way to find effective intervention methods.
