Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Yiyang Lishui Formula on patients with acute left heart failure
Objective To explore the effect of Yiyang Lishui Formula on inflammatory indexes,myocardial injury markers,cardiac function and clinical efficacy in patients with acute left heart failure(ALHF).Methods A total of 107 patients with ALHF(Yang deficiency and water generalization)admitted to Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were divided into an observation group of 54 cases and a control group of 53 cases using a random number table method.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Yiyang Lishui Formula on the basis of the control group treatment.The inflammatory indexes,myocardial injury markers,cardiac function,and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(88.9％)was higher than that of the control group(73.6％),and the difference was statistically significant cardiac(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,troponin I,creatine kinase isoenzyme,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic volume in the two groups improved compared to before treatment,and the observation group showed more significant improvement than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yiyang Lishui Formula can effectively reduce serum-related inflammatory indexes,reduce the level of myocardial injury markers,improve the cardiac function,and enhance quality of life in patients with acute left heart failure,with good clinical effect.
