Application of intra-fascial hot needle technique in the treatment of knee joint soft tissue pain
Objective To analyze the application value of intra-fascial hot needle technique in the treatment of knee joint soft tissue pain.Methods A total of 51 patients with knee joint soft tissue pain admitted to the Department of Anesthesiology in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liuyang City from January 2022 to August 2023 were included and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=26)and the control group(n=25).The treatment group was treated with intra-fascial hot needle technique,while the control group was treated with non-fascial hot needle technique.The overall response rate of the two groups was evaluated.Before and after treatment,the levels of inflammatory mediators between the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the knee joint function and joint dysfunction between the two groups were compared.Before and after treatment,the pain scores between the two groups were compared.After treatment,the quality of life(QoL)scores between the two groups were compared.The relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the treatment group was 88.46％(23 cases),higher than 60.00％(15 cases)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in inflammatory mediators,knee joint function,joint dysfunction and pain scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory mediators,knee joint function,joint dysfunction and pain scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The QoL score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The relapse rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of intra-fascial hot needle technique in the treatment of knee joint soft tissue pain can achieve ideal therapeutic efficacy.It can improve the inflammation level and body pain of patients,increase joint function and QoL,and help reduce the relapse rate of the disease.
