Investigation on the evolution process of TCM syndrome type of chronic atrophic gastritis from the perspective of coherent evolution of "disharmony between liver and spleen"
The pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis and its treatment principles and methods from the perspective of coherent evolution of"disharmony between liver and spleen"is investigated in this paper.It is believed in this paper that gastric cancer caused by the progression of chronic atrophic gastritis is a dynamic evolution process,and it is inevitable that there is a defect of lack of overall integrity and coherence in the scheme based solely on syndrome types.The occurrence and development of chronic atrophic gastritis is closely related to"liver"and"spleen",and its pathogenesis is according to the difference between deficiency and excess of"liver"and"spleen",and then there is a state of"disharmony between liver and spleen".Based on the difference between the deficiency and excess of the"liver"and"spleen",the progress of chronic atrophic gastritis can be analyzed from the perspective of stagnant and jamming of liver and spleen,failure of conveyance and dispersion from liver to spleen,spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,and disequilibrium between liver and spleen.Chronic atrophic gastritis can show a coherent evolution of"stagnant and jamming of liver and spleen,failure of conveyance and dispersion from liver to spleen,spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,and disequilibrium between liver and spleen".
