Application effect of early rehabilitation treatment combined with family rehabilitation training in children with pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early rehabilitation therapy combined with family rehabilitation training intervention in children with pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 52 cases of pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy children admitted to Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group(n=26)and the study group(n=26)by using the coin toss method. The control group was correspondingly intervened with family rehabilitation training, while the study group was correspondingly intervened with early rehabilitation therapy combined with family rehabilitation training, and both groups maintained the intervention for 2 weeks. The overall response rate of nursing, quality of life score(social function score, emotional function score and physiological function score),activities of daily living(ADL)score and Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score of children were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing care for children with pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy in the study group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the nursing care, the social function scores, emotional function scores and physical function scores of children with pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and the study group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing, the ADL scores and FMA scores of children with pediatric brain injury and cerebral palsy in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the study group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion After early rehabilitation treatment and family rehabilitation training intervention for pediatric patients with brain injury and cerebral palsy, the nursing efficacy, quality of life,ADL and limb motor function of pediatric patients can be improved, and obvious results can be obtained.
