Application value of combined detection of NLR,AFP and GGT in primary liver cancer
Objective To investigate the application value of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and glutamyl transferase(GGT)in primary liver cancer. Methods The data of 320 patients in the People's Hospital of Chongzuo from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected, including patients with primary liver cancer(the liver cancer group,n=100),patients with liver cirrhosis(the liver cirrhosis group,n=100),patients with chronic hepatitis B(the hepatitis group,n=60)and healthy people(the control group,n=60).The levels of NLR,AFP and GGT in each group and their changes in the staging of liver cancer were compared. The efficacy of NLR,AFP and GGT in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer was evaluated. Results The levels of NLR and AFP in the liver cancer group were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The levels of NLR and AFP in the liver cirrhosis group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of GGT in the liver cancer group, the liver cirrhosis group, the hepatitis group and the control group decreased in turn(P<0.05).The AFP levels in stages Ⅲ-Ⅳ were higher than those in stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)showed that the AUC value of the combined diagnosis of NLR,AFP and GGT was 0.910.The sensitivity was 86.0%.The specificity was 78.2%,which was superior to that of single item detection efficiency. Conclusion The levels of NLR,AFP and GGT in patients with primary liver cancer are obviously increased, and the combined detection of them can improve the diagnostic efficiency of primary liver cancer.
