Application value of combined detection of SAA,IL-6,CRP and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of serum amyloid A(SAA),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,so as to analyze the related risk factors. Methods Patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed in the First People's Hospital of Yulin from October 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the rheumatoid arthritis group(n=66),while healthy people were selected as the control group(n=33).The differences of SAA,IL-6,CRP and T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups were compared. Results The levels of SAA,IL-6,CRP,CD3+T%and CD4+T%were higher in the rheumatoid arthritis group than in the control group, while the level of CD8+T%were lower than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that IL-6 was positively correlated with SAA,CRP,CD3+T%and CD4+T%(P<0.05).CD4+T%was positively correlated with SAA,IL-6,CRP and CD3+T%(P<0.05).IL-6 and CD4+T%were negatively correlated with CD8+T%,respectively(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that SAA,IL-6,CRP,CD3+T%and CD4+T%were the risk factors of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, while CD8+T%was the protective factor for the patient(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of SAA,IL-6,CRP in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are risk factors for those with rheumatoid arthritis, and the immune abnormality of T lymphocyte subsets is closely related to the occurrence and development of the disease.Multi-item combined detection is of great value for clinical diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis.
