线粒体自噬在急性胰腺炎中的研究进展

摘要
急性胰腺炎(AP)作为临床常见的急腹症之一,发病机制复杂,发病过程中伴随着腺泡细胞、淋巴细胞等多种细胞的线粒体受损及功能障碍.线粒体自噬作为重要的细胞稳态调节途径,可靶向清除细胞中受损及功能障碍的线粒体,研究发现线粒体自噬参与AP的发生发展.通过线粒体自噬进行线粒体质量控制能缓解AP,可作为AP治疗的关键靶点.本文概述线粒体自噬相关信号通路及线粒体自噬在AP中的研究进展,为线粒体自噬作为AP的靶点治疗提供理论参考.
Abstract
As one of the common acute abdominal diseases in clinic,acute pancreatitis(AP)has a complicated pathogenesis,accompanied by mitochondrial damage and dysfunction of acinar cells,lymphocytes and other cells.Mitochondrial autophagy,an important way to regulate cell homeostasis,can target and remove damaged and dysfunctional mitochondria in cells.It is found that mitochondrial autophagy participates in the occurrence and development of AP.Mitochondrial quality control through mitochondrial autophagy can alleviate AP and can be used as a key target for AP treatment.In this paper,the signal pathways related to mitochondrial autophagy and the research progress of mitochondrial autophagy in AP are summarized,so as to provide theoretical reference for mitochondrial autophagy as the target for AP treatment.
