摘要
随着糖尿病患者数量的增加,相关眼部并发症糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病率也呈上升趋势,严重时可致患者失明.有效的自我管理是DR患者延缓疾病进展的关键,但DR患者自我管理现状并不乐观.因此,对DR患者进行有效自我管理干预,使患者掌握自我管理的方法,不仅有助于改变DR患者的行为习惯,而且还能提高其自我管理能力,减少患者失明和低视力的发生率.基于此,本文将从DR概述、自我管理现状、自我管理能力评估工具及相关护理干预措施方面进行综述,旨在为国内DR患者自我管理方案的构建提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the increase of the number of diabetic patients,the incidence of diabetic retinopathy(DR),an eye complication,is also on the rise,which can lead to blindness in severe cases.Effective self-management is the key to delay the progress of the disease in patients with DR,but the status quo of self-management in patients with DR is not optimistic.Therefore,effective self-management intervention for patients with DR can not only help to change their behavior habits,but also improve their self-management ability and reduce the incidence of blindness and low vision.Based on the above reasons,the overview of DR,the status quo of self-management,self-management ability assessment tools and related nursing intervention measures will be summarized in this paper,aiming at providing reference and inspiration for the construction of self-management schemes for DR patients in China.
