The construction and practice of ideology and politics curriculum oriented quality evaluation system in classroom teaching in medical higher vocational colleges
Objective To construct an ideology and politics curriculum oriented quality evaluation system in teacher's classroom teaching,so as to improve the quality elevation and effect promotion of ideology and politics curriculum.Methods Based on national policies and regulations and investigation results,the evaluation indices were designed,the weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,and the evaluation model was established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results An evaluation system with reasonable weight distribution and scientific methods was constructed,which consisted of 2 first-level indices and 6 second-level indices.In the weight ranking of the first-level indices,knowledge transfer was greater than value guidance,while the top three weights of the second-level indices were teaching content,teaching implementation and behavior demonstration in turn,and the model was used for empirical evaluation.Conclusion This evaluation system is scientific,feasible and simple,which provides favorable support for quality evaluation and talent training on teachers'teaching.
