Meta-analysis of kidney tonifying and blood activating method combined with artificial cycles for preventing re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of kidney tonifying and blood activating method combined with artificial cycles for preventing re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA).Methods The randomized controlled trials of kidney tonifying and blood activating method combined with artificial cycles for preventing re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion retrieved in Wanfang Data,CNKI,VIP,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library(the retrieval duration was from January 1,2010 to April 20,2023)were collected.A quantitative and comprehensive analysis of the included articles was conducted through meta-analysis.Results A total of 13 articles were included, including 1126 patients, including 566 in the observation group and 560 in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that the clinical effective rate, endometrial thickness, and pregnancy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(RR=1.25,95%CI[1.17,1.34],P<0.000 01,MD=1.24,95%CI[0.81,1.68],P<0.000 01,RR=1.85,95%CI[1.45,2.35],P<0.000 01).The uterine adhesion score and re-adhesion rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(MD=-0.89,95%CI[-1.30,-0.47],P<0.0001,RR=0.28,95%CI[0.15,0.50],P<0.0001).Conclusion The kidney tonifying and blood activating method combined with artificial cycle therapy has advantages over simple artificial cycle therapy in preventing re-adhesion after transcervical resection of adhesion.
