Application study of binary coping intervention in post-traumatic growth of patients with spinal cord injury
Objective To analyze the application and effect of binary response intervention in the post-traumatic growth of spinal cord injury patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with spinal cord injury who visited Zhongshan People's Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received binary response intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of posttraumatic growth,stress-related growth scale,and binary support coping scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at four time points after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological status and self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through binary response intervention and training,patients with SCI can effectively improve bad psychology,actively deal with diseases and trauma,accept new self,actively rehabilitation exercise,and significantly improve the quality of life and self-care ability.
