摘要
目的 研讨综合护理干预对喉癌患者护理的效果分析.方法 76例喉癌患者均取自2020年5月至2022年5月厦门大学附属中山医院接收患者中,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组各38例.对照组行传统护理,观察组行综合护理.比较两组患者心理情绪、自我护理能力及并发症发生率.结果 干预后观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、发症发生率较对照组低,干预后患观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理能改善喉癌患者心理状态,提高患者自我护理能力,防止其并发症发生,临床上可借鉴及推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on laryngeal cancer patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with laryngeal cancer were selected from patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from May 2020 to May 2022,and were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The psychological emotion,self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the incidence of Hamilton Anxiety scale,Hamilton Depression Scale and the incidence of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of self-care ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with laryngeal cancer,improve the self-care ability of patients,and prevent the occurrence of complications.
