Research on the current situation and influencing factors of learning burnout among vocational nursing students in the early stage of internship
Objective To investigate the level of learning burnout and transformation impact among vocational nursing students in the early stage of internship,analyze the relationship between learning burnout and transformation impact,and explore the influencing factors of learning burnout among vocational nursing students in the early stage of internship.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 224 nursing students from vocational colleges who interned at two tertiary A comprehensive hospitals in Quanzhou,Fujian in June 2023.The study was conducted using general information,the College Student Learning Burnout Scale,and the Intern Transformation Impact Assessment Scale to investigate their level of learning burnout and transformation impact.Results The results showed that the learning burnout score of vocational nursing students was(56.37±9.93)points,and the total score of learning burnout,emotional depression dimension,and transformation impact dimension was positively correlated(P<0.05).The regression results showed that gender,family origin,independent choice of current profession,confusion in nursing professional values under the impact of transformation,and disharmony between clinical internships and personal life were factors that affected nursing students'learning burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion In the early stages of internships,vocational nursing students may experience a certain degree of learning burnout.Starting from the transformation impact,career cognitive intervention and career planning can he carried out.
