摘要
目的 编制能全面、有针对性地评价失能老人家庭照护者照护技能缺陷状况的评测工具,并分析其信效度.方法 采用文献法结合半结构式访谈,确定量表初稿,以德尔菲法专家函询及预调查完善量表,选取失能老人家庭照护者89名进行问卷调查,分析信效度确定量表条目.结果 形成包括4个维度、22个照护技能项目、89个条目的失能老人家庭照护者照护技能缺陷评测量表.各条目水平内容效度指数(Ⅰ-CVI)为0.889～1.000,平均内容效度指数(S-CVI/ave)为0.998.4个维度分别进行探索性因子分析,结果显示P均＜0.001,累计方差贡献率分别为69.474％、57.207％、63.294％和63.559％;量表Cronbach's α系数为0.916.结论 编制的量表具有良好信效度,可作为失能老人家庭照护者照护技能缺陷状况的评测工具.
Abstract
Objective To compile a comprehensive and targeted assessment tool to evaluate the nursing skills deficiencies of home caregivers for disabled elderly people,so as to analyze its reliability and validity.Methods The first draft of the scale was determined by literature method combined with semi-structured interviews.The scale was modified with Delphi expert letter and pre-investigation.And 89 home caregivers for disabled elderly people were selected for questionnaire survey,and the reliability and validity were analyzed to determine the items of the scale.Results The assessment scale for nursing skills deficiencies of home caregivers for disabled elderly people was formed,which included 4 dimensions,22 nursing skill entries and 89 items.The item-level content validity index(Ⅰ-CVI)of each item was 0.889-1.000,and the average content validity index scale-level(S-CVI/ave)was 0.998.The exploratory factor analysis results was conducted on four dimensions respectively,all with statistically significant differences(P＜0.001),and the cumulative variance contribution rates were 69.474％,57.207％,63.294％and 63.559％,respectively.Scale of the Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.916.Conclusion The compiled scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for the assessment scale for nursing skills deficiencies of home caregivers for disabled elderly people.
