Research on the construction of provincial medical examination and testing sharing and mutual recognition system
Objective To provide reference for the construction of regional medical information sharing through the practical analysis of medical examination and testing sharing and mutual recognition system in Fujian Province.Methods A shared and mutual recognition platform for medical examination and testing was built in Fujian Province,data exchange rules were established,medical image cloud subsystem was expanded,a shared and mutual recognition supervision index system was built,and the application of supervision results was strengthened.Results The sharing and mutual recognition system of medical examination and testing in Fujian Province has good benefits in social,economic,information technology innovation and the establishment of local standards.Conclusion The informatization level of medical institutions in the province is the basis of realizing the sharing and mutual recognition of medical information in the province.The integrity of platform data needs to be monitored,and the reuse of data needs to be tapped.The construction practice of the sharing and mutual recognition system for medical examination and testing in Fujian Province can provide reference for the construction and improvement of other provinces'sharing and mutual recognition systems.
