HELLP syndrome:a case report and literature review
Hemolysis, elevated liver function and low platelet count syndrome(HELLP)is a serious complication of pregnancy characterized by hemolysis, elevated liver function and low platelet count syndrome.Once it occurs, the prognosis of mother and infant is poor,or even lead to perinatal maternal and fetal mortality. In recent years, although the level of understanding of HELLP syndrome by obstetrical clinicians is constantly improving, there is still a certain rate of missed diagnosis.Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment is the key to diagnose and treat HELLP syndrome and reduce maternal and infant mortality rates.A case of HELLP syndrome diagnosed as preeclampsia is reported in this paper. The patient developed on the basis of preeclampsia, with typical testing indices, rapid condition progress, timely termination of pregnancy in clinic, and good maternal and fetal outcomes. The clinical testing results and clinical manifestations provide substantial theoretical support for future disease diagnosis and treatment scheme selection.
