摘要

目的 优选车前颗粒的提取工艺参数,建立其提取工艺的制备方法.方法 同时测定提取物中芍药苷、橙皮苷、毛蕊花糖苷3种成分含量,以这3个指标性成分的总含量和处方出膏率的权重系数进行分配后所得综合评分作为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数作为考察因素,采用正交试验法对处方的水提工艺进行优化,采用权重赋权法选择最适的提取工艺.结果 车前颗粒的最佳提取工艺参数为:分别加入10、8、8倍量水煎煮3次,每次煎煮1.5 h.结论 本研究建立的车前颗粒多指标含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好;优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为车前颗粒的开发和现代化研究提供了科学依据.

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process parameters of Plantago asiatica granules and establish a preparation method for their extraction process.Methods The contents of paeoniflorin,hesperidin and verbascoside in the extract were determined at the same time.The total content of these three indicator components and the weight coefficient of the prescription ointment rate were allocated to obtain a comprehensive score as the evaluation index.Taking the water addition,extraction time and extraction times as the investigation factors,the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the water extraction process of the prescription,and the most suitable extraction process was selected by the weight weighting method.Results The optimal extraction process parameters of Plantago asiatica granules were as follows:adding 10,8 and 8 times of water and decocting for 3 times,each time for 1.5 h.Conclusion The multi-index content determination method of Plantago asiatica granules established in this study is simple,accurate and reproducible.The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible,which provides a scientific basis for the development and modernization of Plantago asiatica granules.
