摘要

目的 分析不同炮制方法对款冬花中款冬酮含量的影响,探讨最佳炮制方法.方法 收集款冬花样品,按有关文献炮制款冬花,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,比较4种炮制品的款冬酮含量是否存在差异.结果 4种炮制方法对10个产地的款冬花中款冬酮含量影响不同,分别为生品(0.99±0.27)mg/g、甘草水制(1.24±0.28)mg/g、蜜炙(1.13±0.27)mg/g、甘草水制后蜜炙款冬花(1.20±0.32)mg/g、甘草水炼蜜后蜜炙款冬花(1.09±0.25)mg/g.甘草水制组的款冬花中款冬酮含量高于甘草水制后蜜炙款冬花组、蜜炙组、甘草水炼蜜后蜜炙款冬花组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 与生品款冬花比较,4种炮制方法中款冬酮含量均为增加,含量增加由高到低分别是甘草水制、甘草水制后蜜炙、蜜炙、甘草水炼蜜后蜜炙,依款冬酮含量论最佳炮制方法为甘草水制.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impacts of different processing methods on the content of tussilagone in common coltsfoot flower,so as to investigate the best processing method.Methods Samples of common coltsfoot flower were collected,and they were processed according to relevant literature.Meanwhile,the contents were assayed by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and whether there were differences in the content of tussilagone were compared in the four processed products.Results The four processing methods had different impacts on the content of tussilagone in common coltsfoot flower from 10 different regions,namely raw product(0.99±0.27)mg/g,water processing with licorice(1.24±0.28)mg/g,baking with honey(1.13±0.27)mg/g,common coltsfoot flower of baking with honey after water processing with licorice(1.20±0.32)mg/g,and common coltsfoot flower of baking with honey after water refining honey with licorice(1.09±0.25)mg/g.The content of tussilagone in common coltsfoot flower in the group of water processing with licorice was higher than that in the group of common coltsfoot flower of baking with honey after water processing with licorice,the group of baking with honey and the group of common coltsfoot flower of baking with honey after water refining honey with licorice,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the raw product of common coltsfoot flower,the contents of tussilagone in the four processing methods are all increased,and the content increases from high to low,namely,water processing with licorice,baking with honey after water processing with licorice,baking with honey,baking with honey after water refining honey with licorice.According to the content of tussilagone,the best processing method is water processing with licorice.
