Exploring the medication rules of Professor Li Xuejun in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on data mining
Objective Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).This study uses data mining technology to explore and analyze the medication rules of CAG patients treated by Professor Li Xuejun,and summarizes their clinical experience.Methods The first-time medical records of CAG patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Li Xuejun from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were collected,and the data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 26.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Excel 2010.Results A total of 141 medical records of CAG patients were included,including 112 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.The core medicines were radix bupleuri,pinellia ternata,curcuma zedoary,hedyotis diffusa,etc.The core prescription and basic prescription were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor Li Xuejun believes that spleen and stomach weakness type is the most common syndrome of CAG,and the majority of CAG is stomach distension.Bupleurum,Banxia,Curcuma,Poria cocos,Coix seed,licorice,and white-flowered snake tongue are commonly used drugs by Professor Li to treat CAG.In terms of drug properties,cold and warm drugs are mainly used,while bitter,spicy,and sweet Chinese medicine are mainly used to treat CAG.The third group of core prescriptions identified through cluster analysis is Professor Li Xuejun's basic prescription for treating CAG.
