Exploration of the high-quality development path of public hospitals driven by medical record information technology
Driven by national health policies,public hospitals are facing the pressure and opportunity of transformation and upgrading,aiming to realize high-quality development by improving service quality and operational efficiency.In this context,as an important part of the hospital information system,the level of medical record management directly affects hospitals'decision-making and the improvement of service capabilities.This study takes medical record information technology as an entry point to explore its mechanism of action and implementation path in promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.This paper reveals the internal logic of medical record information technology in boosting hospitals'high-quality development.The study found that the effective application of medical record information technology not only improves the efficiency and quality of medical services,but also promotes the synergistic optimization of the internal management and external services of hospitals.The application of medical record information technology significantly improves hospitals'ability to control case costs,especially under the diagnosis-related group payment model.In summary,this paper argues that medical record information technology is one of the key drivers for the high-quality development of public hospitals.It provides support for the decision-making of hospital management by integrating and analyzing a large amount of medical data,further optimizing the service process and improving the quality of treatment and resource allocation efficiency.The results of the study show that the incorporation of medical record information technology into the daily management and operation of hospitals has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the high-quality development of public hospitals,and helps to build a more scientific and efficient medical service system to meet the growing demand for public health.The adoption of medical record information technology as a means of managing the whole process boosts the high-quality development of public hospitals.Full name in Chinese.
