Application effect of emergency dynamic panel informatization in the construction of three major centers
Objective To evaluate the application effect of emergency dynamic panel informatization in the construction of chest pain centers,stroke centers,and trauma centers.Methods A total of 500 patients with myocardial infarction,cerebral infarction,and pain who visited the Chest Pain Center,Stroke Center,and Trauma Center of Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital from January 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects.The sample selection method was random sampling.From January 1 to December 31,2021,the Emergency Department operated using traditional non information systems as the control group.From January 1 to December 31,2022,the Emergency Department operated using dynamic panel informatization as the experimental group.The evaluation of patient pre-examination triage,the timeliness of key emergency links,rescue effectiveness,and adverse events were compared between the two time periods.Results The missed diagnosis rate,misdiagnosis rate and total incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the accuracy of pre-examination and triage and the success rate of rescue were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The intervention time,test acquisition time,examination acquisition time and retention time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency dynamic panel informatization has significant application effects in the construction of chest pain centers,stroke centers,and trauma centers.
