Clinical significance and pathogenesis of thromboelastography in patients with anal abscess
Objective To explore the significance of the pathogenesis of"stasis toxin"in the pathogenesis of anal abscess using thromboelastography(TEG)as an objective indicator. Methods From March 2022 to October 2022,a total of 100 patients with anal abscess and mixed hemorrhoids in the Anorectal Department,Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, respectively.Thromboelastography was performed on both groups, and the R value,K value,MA value, and Angle value were calculated. The R value,K value,α angle,MA value and CI value of the two groups were compared, and the ROC diagram and ROC curve were drawn according to the sensitivity, and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated. Results The comparison of the parameters of TEG showed that the R value and K value of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the MA value,α angle and CI value were significantly higher than those of the control group, which indicated hypercoagulability. The results of ROC curve and AUC show that the diagnostic efficiency of R value and K value was high.α angle,MA and CI had certain diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion Thromboelastography(TEG)can provide an objective basis for the pathogenesis of anal abscess caused by stasis toxin, and can be used to develop targeted treatment principles and methods.
