分期针灸治疗卵巢储备功能下降的研究进展

卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)是由于募集卵母细胞的数量和质量的能力下降,导致卵巢功能不足,引起生育能力减退。临床主要表现为月经稀发或频发、不孕、反复流产、反复胚胎种植失败、类更年期症状等。中医认为导致DOR发生的根本原因是肾精亏虚、天癸不足和冲任失调。虽然辅助生殖技术(ART)日渐成熟,但是受DOR等因素影响妊娠率仍然低下。近年来,针灸在治疗DOR方面有独特的优势,越来越多的中医专家采取分期针灸论治的方法,以调经为关键点,辨证分期取穴,通过针刺不同的穴位,调整人体阴阳,补肝肾、调冲任、安神志,使卵巢功能恢复正常。本文将近年来应用分期针灸疗法治疗DOR的研究进行梳理,以期为中医临床治疗提供参考。
Research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion by stages in treating diminished ovarian reserve
Diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is caused by diminish in the ability to recruit oocytes in both quantity and quality,leading to inadequate ovarian function and reduced fertility.The main clinical manifestations include infrequent or frequent menstruation,infertility,recurrent miscarriages,repeated embryo implantation failures,and menopausal symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the fundamental causes of DOR are kidney essence deficiency,insufficient sexual function,and imbalance of Chong and Ren.Although assisted reproductive technology(ART)is becoming increasingly mature,the pregnancy rate is still low due to factors such as DOR.In recent years,acupuncture and moxibustion has unique advantages in the treatment of DOR.More and more Chinese medicine experts have adopted the method of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment by stages,taking regulating meridians as the key point,selecting points by stages dialectically,adjusting the yin and yang of the human body,tonifying the liver and kidney,regulating Chong and Ren,calming the mind,and restoring the ovarian function to normal through acupuncture at different acupoints.This paper combs the research on the application of staged acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to treat DOR in recent years,with a view to providing reference for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
