Research on feedback of trainees in clinical practice teaching of spleen and stomach diseases based on the combination of anatomy micro-course resource database and endoscopic case library in medical colleges
Objective To explore the application effect of the combination of anatomy micro-course resource database and the endoscopic case library in the feedback of trainees in clinical practice teaching of spleen and stomach disease in medical colleges. Methods From 2021 to 2022,undergraduate students in grade 2019 majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.A cluster sampling method was used to select 90 undergraduate students, who were divided into Group A(using traditional practical teaching mode),Group B(using traditional teaching mode combined with endoscopic case library),and Group C(using traditional teaching mode combined with micro-course and endoscopic case library),with 30 students in each group. After training,a comparative study was conducted. After receiving systematic training and completing consistency testing, the teaching instructor used a WeChat applet(questionnaire survey method)to understand students'understanding and experience of clinical practice teaching of spleen and stomach diseases by combining the anatomy micro-course resource database with the endoscopic case library in medical colleges. Results The evaluation of interactivity, vividness, and learning efficiency in teaching effectiveness among the three groups showed that Group C had better interactivity, vividness, and learning efficiency than Groups A and B,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of learning environment, personalized learning pace, improvement of clinical thinking ability, clinical skills, mastery of professional knowledge, and enhancement of learning interest among the three groups of students,Group C was superior to Groups A and B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical college anatomy micro-course resource database combined with endoscopic case library in clinical practice teaching of spleen and stomach diseases has resulted in good feedback from trainees, which helps to improve the effectiveness of clinical practice teaching.
