Clinical study on Erzhi Pill combined with Danshen Decoction in treating chronic gastritis with Yin deficiency and blood stasis complicated with senile sleep disorder
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Erzhi Pill combined with Danshen Decoction on chronic gastritis with Yin deficiency and blood stasis complicated with senile sleep disorder.Methods From June 2022 to 2024,a total of 90 patients with chronic gastritis complicated with senile sleep disorder were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with"quadruple therapy"combined with alprazolam,while the observation group was treated with Erzhi Pill and Danshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the gastroscopy results,negative rate of Helicobacter pylori,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),The Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the total effective rate was compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 64.44%higher than that of the control group(31.11%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastroscopy results of the two groups showed that the positive rate of Helicobacter pylori,PSQI scale,ISI scale and TCM syndrome score were all better than those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group at the same period,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Erzhi Pill combined with Danshen Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis with senile sleep disorder,which can improve the chronic gastritis and improve the sleep quality of senile sleep disorder patients,and is worthy of further study and application.
