Analysis of Liu Hong's acupoint selection rules in the treatment of tinnitus with acupuncture and moxibustion based on data mining
Objective To analyze Director Liu Hong's acupoint selection rule in the treatment of tinnitus based on data mining,so as to provide reference for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of tinnitus.Methods From June 2018 to June 2023,the tinnitus medical records of Liu Hong,director of Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were collected,and 243 effective prescriptions were obtained after screening.The acupoints in the medical records were processed,and the rate of recurrence,frequency,clustering rules and association rules of acupoints were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 21.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results A total of 59 acupoints were involved,with Fengchi,Zhongwan,and Xiawan being the main acupoints selected.The meridians were mostly classified as Ren meridian,gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang,and Sanjiao meridian of hand Shaoyang.Four clusters of acupoints were obtained,with 50 association rules.Conclusion Director Liu Hong's treatment of tinnitus has the characteristics of"flexible acupoint grouping",paying attention to the acupoints of Ren meridian,gallbladder meridian and Sanjiao meridian,tonifying both spleen and kidney,and giving consideration to both symptoms and root causes.According to different types of tinnitus,the acupuncture scheme is adjusted,and the clinical effect is satisfactory,which is worth learning and popularizing.
