In view of the shortage of obstetric ultrasound diagnosis capacity in primary hospitals and the lack of resources of high-level ultrasound doctors,the 5G+obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound remote consultation center in Shandong Province was explored and established.Since November 2021,Shandong Maternal and Child Care Hospital has reached a co-construction agreement with 33 subordinate group hospitals based on the need to build a 5G+obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound remote consultation center in Shandong Province,improve data electronic storage,network information transmission and resource scheduling,and realize cross-department,cross-hospital and cross-regional remote consultation.At the same time,remote quality control and remote teaching are carried out for group hospitals to form a comprehensive medical network service system in a wide range,so that information sharing can be achieved among medical institutions.The establishment of the remote consultation center alleviates the difficulties of grassroots patients seeking medical treatment caused by the differences in regional environment,medical level and ultrasound equipment,and is of great significance for the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment level of grassroots hospitals and the sharing of high-quality medical resources for patients in remote areas.
