With the incidence rate of acute myocardial infarction rising year by year,the mental health of patients with acute myocardial infarction has become a global focus.At present,the psychological resilience level of patients with acute myocardial infarction is relatively low.As a complex psychological phenomenon of positive psychology,psychological resilience has a positive effect on promoting the psychological health,regulating emotions and cognitive abilities,improving prognosis,and promoting rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction.This paper provides a review of the concept and evaluation tools of psychological resilience,as well as the influencing factors and intervention measures of psychological resilience in patients with acute myocardial infarction.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for medical staff to provide psychological care for such patients in the future.
