摘要
人参炔醇(PNN)是聚乙炔醇类化合物的一种,在多种植物中均有分布,具有抗癌、抑菌、镇静镇痛、降压、抗炎和保护神经细胞等多种作用.随着研究的进展,近年来发现PNN对心血管系统、神经系统、消化系统及免疫系统均可产生广泛的药理作用,可用于冠状动脉硬化性心脏病、心绞痛、抗血栓、糖尿病、炎症、老化及氧化、恶性肿瘤等多种疾病的治疗.其中,PNN对肿瘤细胞的作用主要表现为抑制肿瘤细胞生长、可同时诱导多种类型的肿瘤细胞凋亡、直接杀伤不同的肿瘤细胞、阻滞肿瘤细胞的代谢等.同时,PNN对肿瘤细胞具有较强的细胞亲和力和较高的敏感性,导致其对恶性肿瘤细胞表现出较明显的抑制杀伤作用.本文简要综述PNN在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展.
Abstract
Panaxynol(PNN)is a kind of polyacetyl alcohol compound,which is distributed in many plants and has various effects,such as anti-cancer,antibacterial,sedative,analgesic,antihypertensive,anti-inflammatory,and neuroprotective effects.With the development of research,in recent years,it has been found that panaxynol has a wide range of pharmacological effects on cardiovascular system,nervous system,digestive system and immune system,and can be used for the treatment of coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,antithrombosis,diabetes,inflammatory diseases,aging and oxidation,malignant tumors and other diseases.Among them,the effects of panaxynol on tumor cells mainly include inhibiting tumor cell growth,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,killing tumor cells and blocking tumor cell metabolism.At the same time,ginseng alkynol has strong cell affinity and high sensitivity to tumor cells,which leads to its obvious inhibitory and killing effect on malignant tumor cells.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of panaxynol in tumor treatment.
