Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of students'sense of responsibility in hospital pharmacy practice teaching
Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of students'sense of responsibility in hospital pharmacy practice.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the sense of responsibility of students majoring in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy who were practicing teaching in the Department of Pharmacy,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2022 to December 2023,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results 144 questionnaires were sent and collected,with 144 valid questionnaires.The score of students'sense of responsibility questionnaire was(69.82±6.98)points,among which the score of social responsibility was(32.94±3.72)points,the score of self-responsibility was(19.86±3.11)points,and the score of professional responsibility was(17.17±2.25)points.The overall evaluation was"excellent".Apart from gender and monthly living expenses factors,different political backgrounds,only children or not and place of residence were the influencing factors that affect students'sense of responsibility,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Students'sense of responsibility is generally positive,and different gender,political backgrounds,place of residence,whether they are only children or not,and monthly living expenses have different effects on students'responsibility.Students'physical and mental health needs to be paid more attention to,and the moral quality of a few students needs to be improved.It is still necessary to further strengthen the education of students'sense of responsibility.
