Application of reverse teaching in micro-course in clinical teaching practice of radiology department
Objective To explore the application value of reverse teaching in micro-course in clinical teaching practice of radiology.Methods From September 2020 to June 2023,a total of 40 imaging technicians who interned in the radiology department of the Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group by simple random sampling method,with 20 people in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the reverse teaching of micro-courses.After the end of teaching,the assessment and questionnaire survey were conducted to evaluate and analyze the assessment results,teaching satisfaction and teaching effectiveness.Results The experimental group's theoretical assessment scores,practical operation assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,knowledge mastery,skill enhancement,learning interest,teamwork ability,communication ability,problem solving ability and teacher-student relationship scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The reverse teaching of micro-courses can improve the overall teaching level of radiology department,stimulate students'interest and initiative in learning,and thus improve students'comprehensive ability,which is worth promoting and applying.
