Effect of cluster sputum aspiration nursing management on sputum aspiration tolerance and respiratory complications in patients with tracheotomy
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cluster sputum aspiration in patients with tracheotomy. Methods From February 2022 to March 2023,a total of 98 patients receiving tracheotomy treatment in Guangdong Provincial Work Injury Rehabilitation Center were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, while the study group received cluster sputum aspiration nursing management.Clinical indicators, sputum aspiration tolerance, coma score and sputum output of the two groups were analyzed. The complications were compared and analyzed. Results The catheter and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th postoperative day,the tolerance of sputum aspiration in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sputum output of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the Glasgow coma scale score was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with tracheotomy, the cluster sputum aspiration nursing management can accelerate the recovery of patients, improve the tolerance of sputum aspiration and reduce the occurrence of complications.
