Exploration on the effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients in recovery period after general anesthesia
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients in recovery period after general anesthesia based on Delphi method.Methods A total of 120 patients after general anesthesia admitted to the post-anesthesia care unit of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from March to December 2022 were selected as the research object and were divided into two groups.The control group(60 patients)adopted routine nursing used during anesthesia recovery period,while the observation group(60 patients)adopted the clinical nursing pathway model.The anesthesia recovery indexes,complication rate,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared to verify the application effect of clinical nursing pathway.Results The postoperative anesthesia recovery indexes,total incidence of complications,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group who adopted the clinical nursing pathway model were obviously superior to the patients in the control group who adopted routine nursing used during anesthesia recovery period(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in post-anesthesia care unit can effectively improve the related indexes of anesthesia recovery,improve various psychological unhealthy states of patients,reduce postoperative complications and improve the overall nursing satisfaction of patients.
