Clinical study of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Dachaihu Decoction on early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy
Objective To observe the effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Dachaihu Decoction on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent radical pancreaticoduodenectomy in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from July 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by systematic sampling according to the admission time.On the first day after operation,the experimental group was given Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Dachaihu Decoction by pumping through the jejunal nutrition tube,while the control group was given enteral nutrition.After operation,the routine treatment regimen of the two groups was the same,and no other methods were used to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis.Results The first exhaust time,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first defecation time,the duration of abdominal distension and the start time of enteral nutrition in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the vomiting frequency were lower than that in the control group,and the length of stay was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Early infusion of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Dachaihu Decoction through jejunum nutrition tube after pancreaticoduodenectomy can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,without increasing the risk of complications.Therefore,it has a good clinical therapeutic effect.
