In order to improve the research and innovation ability of academic medical graduate students in affiliated hospitals,the hospital has taken a series of measures such as building an ideological and political education team to strengthen ideological and political education,formulating and improving the guarantee and incentive system for graduate research and innovation,conducting academic lectures and hosting graduate academic innovation forums,conducting literature review and understanding training,establishing a reasonable research team for mentors,building a cross disciplinary team of clinical and basic mentors,and promoting the construction of research platforms,which have achieved good results.The practice and exploration of this series of measures provide a basis for the training program of academic graduate students in affiliated hospitals,and propose new ideas for the cultivation mode of scientific research innovation ability of medical academic graduate students.
