Clinical application status and progress of AAPR in gastric cancer
Albumin-to-alkaline phosphatase ratio(AAPR)is a ratio of laboratory indicators, which is applied in the diagnosis and prognosis of many malignant tumors. In recent years, studies have shown that AAPR in the blood of gastric cancer patients is often low,and AAPR is a novel hematological index for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of gastric cancer, especially in the evaluation of prognosis, which has obvious value. The prognosis of patients with low AAPR tends to be poorer, and its combined application with several indexes can improve the accuracy of the prognosis evaluation of patients with gastric cancer, which is an important addition to the existing system for the evaluation of prognosis. This is an important supplement to the existing prognostic assessment system. This article summarizes the research progress of AAPR in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer in order to provide reference for early diagnosis of gastric cancer and accurate prognosis assessment.
