目的 对中医药干预荨麻疹领域的发展现状进行可视化，分析研究热点及研究现状，预测发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、Web of Science(WOS)核心集中关于中医药干预荨麻疹的研究文献，时间范围为2000年1月1日至2023年10月31日。采用VOSviewer 1。6。20绘制关键词共现、作者共现及共被引分析图谱，采用CiteSpace 6。2。4绘制时间线视图及关键词突现知识图谱。结果 共纳入5922篇文献，2000-2023年发文量程波动下降趋势。核心作者共370名，各作者团队之间合作较少。关键词分析发现相关研究主要集中在中西医药物干预荨麻疹的作用机制及临床研究及中药药浴、汗法、火针等中医外治法临床研究。结论 近年来关于中医药诊治荨麻疹的研究热度下降，热点前沿为网络药理学、中医体质类型研究。
Research status and hotspots analysis on the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in urticaria based on knowledge map
Objective To visualize the development status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the field of urticaria,analyze the research hotspots and research status,and predict the development trend.Methods The research literatures of Chinese core periodicals on intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy(TCMP)in urticaria were retrieved in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang),VIP database(VIP)and Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,2000 to October 31,2023.VOSviewer 1.6.20 was used to draw the analysis maps of keyword co-occurrence,author co-occurrence and co-citation,and CiteSpace 6.2.4 was used to draw the timeline view and the knowledge map of keyword emergence.Results A total of 5922 articles were included,and the range of published articles fluctuated and declined from 2000 to 2023.There were 370 core authors,and there was limited cooperation in the author teams.Keyword analysis found that the relevant research mainly focused on the mechanism and clinical research of Chinese and western medicine intervention in urticaria,and the clinical research of Chinese medicated bath,diaphoresis,fire needle and other external treatment methods.Conclusion In recent years,the research on the diagnosis and treatment of urticaria by TCMP has declined,and the hot frontier is network pharmacology and TCM constitution type research.
