Analysis of the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving the patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on improving the quality of life of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis.Methods The research subjects were 70 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis who received treatment at Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were all admitted from January 1 to December 31,2021 and were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=35)patients received routine care,while the observation group(n=35)patients received traditional Chinese medicine care.Compare the improvement of nursing effectiveness,pain perception,quality of life,sleep quality,and patient satisfaction with nursing plans.Results After nursing,the total effective rate,quality of life,and total nursing satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The pain and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,better nursing effects can be achieved,with significant relief of pain,effective improvement in patients'quality of life and sleep quality,high patient satisfaction with nursing,and significant clinical application value.
