Clinical value of nursing intervention in patients with gynecological diseases complicated with hypertension during perioperative period
Objective To analyze the clinical value of observation and nursing intervention in patients with gynecological diseases complicated with hypertension during perioperative period. Methods A total of 124 patients with gynecological diseases complicated with hypertension who underwent elective surgery admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Longyan First Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the control group(n=62)and the study group(n=62)according to different nursing methods. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the study group was treated with quality nursing. Before and after nursing, the blood pressure, adverse emotions,self-care ability and sleep disorder scores were compared, and the adverse events induced by abnormal blood pressure during perioperative period(abnormal blood pressure fluctuation and fall accident)were counted, and patients'satisfaction with nursing was evaluated. Results After nursing, the blood pressure and scores of adverse emotion and sleep disorder decreased, which were lower in the study group, while the scores of self-care ability improved, which were higher in the study group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events induced by abnormal blood pressure in the study group was lower, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%,higher than 90.32%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In gynecological diseases complicated with hypertension, perioperative quality nursing can reduce blood pressure level, reduce the severity of adverse emotion and sleep disorder, improve self-care ability, reduce the occurrence of adverse events caused by abnormal fluctuation of blood pressure, and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
