Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of dendrocyte expressed seven transmembrane protein(DCSTAMP)in thyroid carcinoma(THCA),in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of THCA.Methods Using different kinds of online software,the expression level of DCSTAMP in THCA and its influence on immune infiltration,clinical staging,tumor dryness and prognosis were analyzed,and the related differentially expressed genes,gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes signaling pathway enrichment were also analyzed.Results DCSTAMP was significantly overexpressed in THCA tissues,and its expression level was positively correlated with immune infiltration,clinical stage and tumor dryness of THCA,but it had no significant effect on the prognosis of THCA.DCSTAMP was involved in many biological behaviors of the occurrence and development of THCA.Conclusion DCSTAMP promotes the occurrence and development of THCA and has the potential to be the target of diagnosis and treatment of THCA.
